Our Commitment to Functional Reliability

When you purchase a Patriot Pro Shop Certified Used firearm or receive qualifying gunsmithing services, we want you to have confidence in how your firearm functions. That’s why we offer a 30-day functional warranty on Certified Used firearms and select Patriot Pro Shop work.

This warranty is focused on one thing: functional reliability as described at the time of sale or service. It is not a cosmetic warranty and does not cover every possible issue, but it is designed to protect you from significant functional problems that should not be present in a firearm that has been inspected and prepared by our team.

What the 30-Day Functional Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to:

• Patriot Pro Shop Certified Used firearms purchased from National Armory / Patriot Pro Shop
• Specific Patriot Pro Shop services where coverage is explicitly stated at the time of service

Covered items include:

• Basic mechanical function issues that arise under normal, intended use
• Failure to feed, fire, extract, or eject when using appropriate, factory-new ammunition
• Major functional defects that conflict with the description provided at the time of sale or service

If a covered issue appears within 30 calendar days of the purchase or work completion date, we will evaluate the firearm and, at our discretion:

• Repair the issue at no additional labor cost, or
• Replace defective small parts, or
• Offer another reasonable solution consistent with the value of the firearm and the nature of the issue

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our 30-day functional warranty is intentionally focused and does not cover every possible circumstance. The following items are not covered:

• Cosmetic wear, finish variations, minor blemishes, or marks present at the time of sale
• Normal wear and tear that occurs through regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or poor maintenance
• Damage caused by attempts to modify, alter, or disassemble the firearm after purchase
• Issues caused by handloads, reloads, or non-standard ammunition
• Issues related to accessories installed or adjusted by someone other than Patriot Pro Shop
• Accuracy complaints that are subjective and not tied to a clear mechanical failure

Some firearms, due to age, design, or parts availability, may have limitations that are explained at the time of sale. Those limitations are not covered under this warranty.

No Live Test Firing

Patriot Pro Shop does not perform live test firing as part of its standard Certified Used or service processes. Functional checks are performed using manual cycling and snap caps, along with visual inspections and mechanical testing.

While we stand behind our inspection process, please understand that actual range performance can be influenced by ammunition selection, shooting technique, environmental conditions, and other variables outside our control.

Your Responsibilities as the Owner

To help ensure safe and reliable operation, and to maintain your warranty coverage, please:

• Use quality, factory-new ammunition appropriate for your firearm
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safe handling practices
• Clean and lubricate the firearm as recommended
• Avoid unauthorized modifications or adjustments
• Address any obvious issues before continuing to use the firearm

If you are unsure how to properly care for your firearm, we’re happy to provide guidance or refer you to manufacturer resources.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a covered issue within the 30-day period:

1. Stop using the firearm immediately until the issue can be evaluated.
2. Contact Patriot Pro Shop / National Armory as soon as possible with:
   • Your name and contact information
   • Proof of purchase or work order number
   • A clear description of the issue
   • What ammunition you were using (brand, type, and caliber)
3. We will provide instructions on how to bring or ship the firearm in for inspection.
4. Our technicians will examine the firearm and determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.

If the issue is covered, we will complete the repair or provide another appropriate solution as described above. If the issue is not covered, we will discuss available repair options and any associated costs before proceeding.

Limitations of Liability

The 30-day functional warranty is limited to repair or service of the firearm itself, as described. Patriot Pro Shop and National Armory are not responsible for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of use, time, or ammunition
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse, unsafe handling, or failure to follow safety rules

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond what is stated here, except where required by law.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Patriot Pro Shop Certified Used firearm or receiving qualifying Patriot Pro Shop services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these warranty terms.
